City and state officials gathered Tuesday morning on a vacant lot at the corner of New York and Hill Avenue for the groundbreaking of a $4.1 million community center that will serve Aurora's east side.
The 18,000-square-foot facility will include a gym, after-school tutoring rooms, senior programming space, and a commercial kitchen for community food programs.
